Rick Raymor
Team Leader – Sales Coordinator
Originally from Troy, Michigan, Rick attended Central Michigan University for two years where he played football. He moved to Houston in 1980 during the boom to seek employment opportunity. He finished his college at the University of Houston with a BS in Mathematics and a Minor in Computer Science while working full time as a System Analyst at Exxon.
Rick received his real estate license in 1986 and became involved with investment properties during the Houston downturn. He fell in love with the business and left Exxon to pursue what he loves to do and has been practicing for over 25 years. His talents are specialized skills in negotiation top dollar, market analysis, buyer generation, and team motivation. He strives for excellence and values each client as his own. He has a positive and calming nature about him and never pressures the client.
Suzy Raymor
Listing Coordinator
Suzy was raised in Port Lavaca, Texas where she many years of experience of business ownership and management. She brings a great deal of sales and marketing experience to our clients.
Suzy has lived in Houston since 1986 and continued sales education skill until receiving her real estate licenses in 1992. Rick and Suzy started working together which formed the Raymor Team to better serve their real estate clients. They continually receive many awards in the industry for their vast marketing innovation and results.
Amongst her many talents, Suzy is an experienced stager and performs in a huge way to help our clients present their homes in the best possible light. She holds the key when it comes down to colors, accessories, furniture placement and improvements. We offer this service with all of our listing clients.

Troy has been around Real Estate his whole life! As a result has been able to absorb the business through example of his parents, Rick and Suzy. Troy brings a wealth of advantage to the team with his youth, energy and eagerness to achieve greatness with our clients! Troy has focus and a “let’s get it done” mentality which benefits the industry and our clients! We are excited to expand our business to the next generation!
Chad Raymor
Technology and Marketing Director of the Raymor Team
Chad has absorbed Real Estate his whole life through his parents Rick & Suzy. He is a recent graduate of University of Houston with a computer science degree. When we couple these two assets together he helps us grow to the optimal level, both in technology and marketing!
